On behalf of DigiFest South, we are pleased to invite you to a public forum to be held on Tuesday, October 17th at East Bank Theatre located at 630 Barksdale Blvd in Bossier City. This forum will feature leaders in educational fields, civic leaders, and job creators. We will be discussing local opportunities for educational enhancements.
Our goal is to provide teachers and schools the tools needed for implementing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) based education models and to seek out extracurricular education program initiatives. The discussion will focus on practical applications that can be achieved in Bossier and Caddo Parish by utilizing local resources.
This conference is the brainchild of Bossier Arts Council – BAC with support of the The Cyber Innovation Center to bring about some roundtable discussions on the direction and flow of technology for this area with the event focusing on teachers as the primary attendees.
We would be delighted to have you in attendance at this conference to hear what the technology gurus and researchers have to share about the technology advancements and their impact on our businesses and workforce development. We would also love to hear your thoughts and opinions on this directive.
There is no fee to attend this event.
